At Southland Kindergartens Association, tamariki and their whānau are at the heart of everything we do. Job Vacancies
We have the following vacancies available.
We have a vacancy for a fixed term Kaiako at our Elston Lea Kindergarten.
This role will commence in January 2025 and be in place until May 2025.
To apply, you need to:
- hold a NZ recognised qualification in ECE
- be currently registered with the NZ Teaching Council
- hold a current first aid certificate.

We have two cleaning vacancies, commencing in January 2025.
We need a cleaner for:
- Otatara Kindergarten
- Bluff Kindergarten
These roles are for an hour a day at each kindergarten.
Ideally you would be based in these areas, as a travel allowance is not part of the wage package.
You will be required to undertake a Police Check.
