At Southland Kindergartens Association, tamariki and their whānau are at the heart of everything we do. With 24 locations throughout Southland we have many internal opportunities for change our support our staff to grow and evolve.
Our operational roles play a crucial part in delivering an excellent ECE service to our community and we have a strong focus on ensuring our staff are supported to carry these roles the best we can.

Job Vacancies
We have the following vacancies available.
We have a permanent 0.3 FTE role available for our Invercargill Kindergartens to assist with covering lunches.
- 12 hours per week.
- This including 3 non-contact hours.
- SKA will organise placement at one of our kindergartens on commencement of employment.

- Fully registered with NZ Teaching Council
- Current first aid certificate

- 10 hours per week (including 2.5 non-contact hours), approximately 12.00pm – 2.00pm daily

- Mon – 12 – 2
- Tues – Fri – 12.30pm to 2.00pm
- These hours may be adjusted on commencement of role
The fixed term period is for two months, however could extend. You would receive a four week notice period, of end of contract.
